Fujifilm Slr Camera Reviews

Upcoming Carl Zeiss lenses for Sony E and Fujifilm X mounts

For quite some time now photography enthusiasts have been very eager to know what Carl Zeiss has in store for Sony E-mount and Fujifilm X-mount cameras. Ever since the legendary optics manufacturer announced that it will be making autofocus lenses for the two mirrorless camera systems, they’ve never stopped receiving requests for more details on their blog . What’s the big deal, you may ask? Well, the only photographers able to enjoy autofocus Carl Zeiss lenses were Sony Alpha and NEX users. The rest of the world had to make do with manual focus lens lineup. Carl Zeiss has been known for their extremely high quality optics for many decades, but avoided implementing AF motors, which many consider an essential in a modern lens. DSLR shooters are still left wanting, but Sony NEX and Fujifilm X series owners will now have a chance to enjoy possibly some of the sharpest optics around (assuming CZ lives up to its name).

Opteka .20X Fisheye Review

What kind of fisheye is cheap and best to buy ?

i have a canon rebel xs and i reallly want a fisheye lens for it, but i want to make sure i’m not getting ripped off and that maybe it’s cheaper then well $1,000 or prices like that i’ve seen.

i found this one:
http://www.amazon.

What you linked us to is a cheap, screw-in attachment which will likely do more harm to your image quality than good.

I suggest looking at a true 180 degree fisheye.

Nikon F100 Review

Ethical Business Practices

“Hi David, I had a photographer message me on Facebook and they told me
Back to the matter at hand. What I find disappointing is that there really are photographers that lure business by under cutting prices while misleading models. I can speak to this as I have been involved in this industry for over 25 years in different capacities and have seen the industry from all angles. Only a small, select number of photographers are really connected with the magazines, however,…

New Nikon Coolpix cameras showcased in India

27.04.13

There are 17 new Nikon Coolpix cameras now available in India, all come at a pretty reasonable price, but there is one issue you will face, and that is what color will you choose as there are 69 choices. There really is a camera for most needs with these new releases from the A, P, S, L and AW series.

Firstly, there’s the Nikon Coolpix A, complete with a DX-format CMOS sensor, which offers almost the same capabilities as a DSLR but in a smaller body. Then we have the two Coolpix P-series models, the P520 and P330, the former has a high-powered zoom lens up to 42x optical and the latter has a 12.2-million pixels sensor with high sensitivities.

Jvc Wp10 Review

Digital Camera, Compact, Great Detail, Cheap!?

I am soon to be traveling, to Las Vegas, and England to be exact. I am looking for a compact digital camera, with great detail & quality, which doesn’t surpass my $200.00 limit. I have a Canon Rebel XSi, a JVC Picsio GC – WP10.

Here’s a good place for you to start your research: http://reviews.cnet.

There’s no such thing as "great" that is "cheap" – you won’t find it. Quality is never cheap so if you want quality, buck up and pay for it otherwise you’re going to get junk.

Olympus Tough TG-1 iHS Review: Performance, Image Quality, Conclusion and Specifications

Please click here to get the lowest price on this camera.

Performance

The Olympus Tough TG-1 iHS’ performance has been improved over previous Tough cameras and it is now the fastest Tough camera available; however, its performance still doesn’t stand out compared to the latest waterproof compact cameras from other major camera manufacturers. The TG-1 iHS needs almost 2 seconds to start up, which is not bad but not as fast as the Nikon Coolpix AW100 ; however, it has a shot-to-shot time of 1.2 seconds which is the fastest among waterproof compact cameras we have tested so far. We measured the TG-1 iHS’ shutter lag at approximately 0.3 second, which is swift, but again, slightly slower than the AW100 .

Canon PowerShot S2

With the price of digital SLRs finally within reach, should you stick with the All-in-one digicam or move up to an SLR? Why buy a high-end digicam when digital SLRs are so close in price? Do digicams still have a purpose? What are the pros and cons? An avid photographer, I spent some time thinking about that myself. Come see what I discovered about digital SLRs versus all-in-one digicams. The Canon S2 IS accommodates a wide range of users with its variable level of exposure control. Experienced shooters will appreciate the Manual, Aperture Priority, and Shutter Priority modes, while novices will find the Auto, Program AE, and Scene modes useful. With a full range of creative effects, the added…

So finally I review the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.8G Lens. Sample Images as promised: http://www.youtube.com

Day 100: Hawaiian Sunset

At work, I added code that will generate an advisory whenever an exception occurs during the background purge operation. Before today, if an unhandled exception occurred, the thread that purges old data behind the scenes would die. Now, I catch and log all exceptions, and the thread will continue running until the user disables the background purge via a checkbox in the database options page. There is still one more thing left to do: I began changing the functionality of the checkbox that I talked about on Day 96 . After talking with Jim, it was decided that the checkbox will be not just for the background purge but also for the manual purge. In other words, if it is checked, a snapshot will…

Nikon P100 Review

Camera Guide – Some of the Benefits of Buying the Nikon Coolpix L24 Digital Camera

Should the Nikon Coolpix L24 Digital Camera be one you should scrutinize a some more when there are so many other digital cameras in the marketplace nowadays? What’s important for you in a digital camera? Most people consider the price range and if the camera has the features they need for their type of photography. This camera, Nikon’s Coolpix L24 Digital, is the camera of choice for a lot of people. Will it be the right camera for you? This review should help you decide.

You may also want to read the Nikon Coolpix p100 review .

One important factor when you are shooting a picture is to make sure you don’t contribute to “camera shake.” You have to be extremely still or the quality of your image will not be good. You can prevent blurred pictures by placing your camera on a flat, solid surface and using a shutter cable, or placing it on a tripod that is stable. This will make it a lot easier for you to produce quality photos. A great help to avoid fuzzy pictures is Nikon’s electronic Vibration Reduction (VR) System that is a popular feature of the Nikon Coolpix L24. A lot of people haven’t studied how to take good pictures and don’t even recognize that holding the camera steady is a must for the best photos. This Nikon Coolpix L24 Camera is great for new photographers that are just learning.
